A Slick Operation
Thus today started my new job at Maplins...well it was training..but it counts.
Basically we're all gonna be trained up in the Leeds superstore before our new York store is ready in late August. I had to get up at 6.30AM to be at York for 8 where I was then driven down to Leeds for 9, worked 'til 5 and got back home at 7.00PM. To be fully trained i'll be working 2 days a week in Leeds for the next month I think, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Because of this i'll be able to go to my first LondonFurs meet, hoping it'll be good.
So i'm now on 16 hours a week at a decent rate of pay, I'm happy. Tired but happy.
