Moving
I am so over this moving business.
In other news, sold EVERYTHING I intended to sell today. The rest is to be picked up tomorrow at 5, and I have a backup plan just in case. There are things for Goodwill too, but if the family coming tomorrow wants them, even better.
Found a stash of Mollie's personal finance papers we were going to shred. Spent the evening burning everything in the grill.
I have more leftover than will fit in/on the van left to pack...but dammit, we're gonna try. Probably 3 boxes to ship after sorting everything into the van's many cubbies. Boy's games, my Legos & books, and probably a box of clothes & crafts.
Given the DirecTV fiasco, and the resulting extra year on my contract, I'm hunting a SatGo Z11-500 setup. They discontinued sales, but will still activate them. Then again, for a little over the $500 one of those costs, I could just get a decent laptop and use their mobile service. No bigs.
All in all, leaving town is falling together too well to even consider staying.
My brain and emotions are spent. Gonna use this bed one last time.
Need to:
Wash sheets/clothes
Cash out the change
Sent money order to Mema
Ship "archive" shirts to Richard/Anime Vegas
Finish boxing the giveaways
Continue arranging the van
