The last episode of RESCUE will be out sometime this week or next. Thanks to everyone who just gave me the space that I needed. It was a very rough June for me starting with my tooth to ending up getting laid off from work. Things indeed to come in threes. Something else also happened but it's even more personal, but anyway June was like the biggest nightmare of my life - literally. But I have now gotten through crap and really trying to stand back up on my own two feet. But just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has been so patient. I know this series has been dragged out because of lack of motivation on top of people's personal issues. Just want to get through this hurdle as well and hopefully get back on track with Buzzer Beat.
I also want to bring this up because it has been a huge issue amongst the fansubbers. As some may know, you can't find all of your downloads at d-addicts anymore. Why? Because people feel that they have the right to abuse the fansubbers and their works. How hard is it NOT to put it up on streaming media? How hard is it just to follow one simple rule? Now you have subbers posting on private forums and LJ communities. Some have open memberships but some are closed. It's harder to obtain different subbed series now. But what can we do? We love what we do but we don't want to get in trouble for it. After thinking long and hard, I really don't want to move Love Song's work onto anything too private for we are doing this for the j-drama community. I just keep on hoping that the community will help us subbers fight back when it comes these wrong-doings by fellow watchers. If one group goes down, it's only a matter of time before everyone gets wiped out. It's really too bad because I really feel for all of those who sub. We're getting pushed back into a corner now.
