This Thanksgiving
I am thankful for:
-My wife and daughter, who make my life full, interesting, joyful, and meaningful. Hilarious too, on occasion.
-My family in Texas who are still doing well after cancer, liver transplants, and plain ol' getting old.
-My friends, who I love and treasure.
-Our cats and dog who make us smile and feel loved.
-Music, which gives me a voice when language fails me.
-My job, though not perfect, is something that is right for me to do.
-The students who have let me reach them to share what I know.
-Football.
-This wonderful house in which we live, and the beautiful surroundings around us.
