(no subject)
So it's been almost a month since i've updated this thing. I think my problem is that i've been a) too lazy to and b) have had nothing exciting to update about...and i still don't.
Classes are going alright, but i'm guilty of wishing that it were spring break (march 17th-26th) already. So what if I haven't even been back to school for a month yet lol. My Italian class is a lot of fun, Italian is such a cool language...a lot like Spanish too, so it hasn't been that difficult to learn. Plus my professor is from Italy, so you understand her Italian better than her English. She also works at Peabody as their Italian opera coach, and she offered to help me with all of my Italian pieces this semester, which is AWESOME. Kind of makes up for having her class at 8 AM haha. I think i'll also pass theory 3 this time around, my professor is SOOOOO much better than the asshole I had last semester. I really can't complain much, what with only 13 credits lol. I just hate my college algebra class, my professor's voice is SO annoying, she sounds like the receptionist monster on Monster's Inc...and it gets old after 2 hrs and 15 min.
My arm is slowly but surely healing. I had my full arm cast removed at the end of January, and had a hot pink cast put on from below my elbow down. I've started physical therapy on my elbow, and i can almost completely straighten it out. Another month and I think my elbow will be completely healed. As for my hand, the swelling in my fingers has gone down significantly, but they're definitely still inflammed. I'm optimistic that I'll have all casts off by the end of the semester, I think i'm healing faster than they thought I would. I'll find out Friday when I go back to the doctor and hear/see what progress I've made.
I, by far, am sick of this cast already. My skin is peeling off in layers b/c it's so dry, I'm sick of mot being able to take showers, I'm sick of NOT HAVING MY OWN CAR AT MY APARTMENT, I'm sick of sleeping uncomfortably...BLAH!
Ok, well, not much else has been happening in my life. See, now wasn't that boring?
