Tues/Mon
Today started off not too bad. Until I got into work. I was earlier than I normally am. But I was unable to log into my computer. Didn't get in until AFTER 11:30. That's right I spent over half my day sitting around... but WAIT THERE'S MORE!
Found out I had a teleconference 10 min before it was supposed to start... RIGHT WHEN I NORMALLY take lunch. Oh and after I get into my computer find that I couldn't access a system I needed. I got into another I needed so I could file some cases I had since last Thurs. I eventually get into the system I need with the help of another rep (an IT guy).
Yeah, today may have been Tues but it sure was a Monday.
