No tea tonight -- CHCC steering committee meeting
I won't be going to tea tonight. Or if I do make it, it will be late.
The Capitol Hill Community Council steering committee is meeting tonight, at 6:30 PM, in the Coldwell Banker building across the street from the B&O.
I was in San Francisco last week for the day job. It was one of the best visits I've ever gone on. I met with a lot of people and learned a lot and accomplished a lot, though not necessarily writing a lot of doc.
However, Friday morning I woke up and didn't feel great. After I got home I came down with a nasty stomach flu. I figure it's safe for me to go to the meeting tonight -- I haven't had a high fever for 24 hours or so, and I hope I'm no longer contagious. I really do *not* want to pass this on to anyone. It's way too nasty.
ETA: Didn't make it to the steering committee meeting either -- symptoms returned as well as the fever. *sigh* Would really like to be over this. I have things to do damn it! But I still feely awful.
