1/3 life crisis?

Turned 30 about 5 months ago. Finally built up enough anxiety to make some changes to my life. Can't call it a mid-life crisis. I do hope to live past 60.

Lots of stuff up in the air like job, apartment, etc. All are voluntary leave takings, however. Nothing particularly wrong, just getting too comfortable. Dulls my senses, makes me fat, gives me opportunity to think but no will to act.

Take the 5 stages of grief and apply it to your own life (not the implied death). Where are you at? Religion, acknowledgment of fate, or even just the lottery, gives an out, a long shot to cling to so the question need not necessarily be pondered. Or don't think about it. Keep busy enough struggling through life so that no time can be spared for it. Constantly running away.
