Warning: This post contains spoilers.
So the scene in which Yuuri stabbed Wolf happens at the end of 13. As far as I understand, both of them were under the influence of miasma(?) in Yuuri's underground hiding place where they met.
In 14, it's revealed that Wolf was not that severely injured. They traveled together trying to get back to Shin Makoku (the first half of novel 14 is available in English so I won't give much details here). They engaged in a battle at a village to reclaim a polluted lake. When Yuuri turned into the Maou to extinguish the magic fire which was destroying the village, he had a glimpse of the leader of the attack: Sarah's brother Yelsi.
I collected the following details here and there, so they might not be complete or reliable:
After the battle, Yuuri and Sarah left, with a plan in which Sarah would pretend to be his twin brother. Yuuri somehow fell into the hand of Adalbert, who helped treat his wound (and his eyesight?). Then Conrad, Wolf and others arrived. They later encountered Sarah's brother, who was holding Murata hostage. They also found out that Yozak was still alive, but was under Yelsi's magic control. Yuuri was allowed a meeting with Murata, during which Murata was able to hint to Yuuri that one of the forbidden boxes was in Yelsi's custody.
Yelsi asked for Yuuri and Sarah in exchange for Murata. Yuuri however let Sarah escape, and told Yelsi that Sarah was not a Mazoku so he couldn't force Sarah to accept the deal. They negotiated, the plan was for Yuuri to render himself in exchange for Murata, but Wolfram intefered. He hit Yuuri's stomach so that Yuuri fell down and Adalbert grabbed him and took him back, while Conrad and Wolfram rendered themselves to Yelsi. When Murata heard their voice however, he shouted that they could/should not be there. Yuuri understood that Murata meant they might be keys to the box, thus it would be dangerous for them to come close to the box. Hence he tried and escaped from Adalbert's grip, ran over to Yelsi, reprimanded Wolfram for taking matter into his hands, then ordered both of them to leave, while rendering himself over to Yelsi.
That night Yelsi tried to use Yuuri as the key to open the box, but he was not the right key. Meanwhile Conrad, Wolfram and Murata were planning a rescue operation, with the help of Sarah. Wolfram was to act as bait and lead Yelsi somewhere else. Yelsi followed him, taking with him Yuuri and the box. A battle took place, in which Adalbert then Conrad fought with Yozak. Eventually they were successful in rescuing Yuuri, somewhat released Yozak from being controlled (but he was still not himself), as well as retrieved the box. Everyone got to the seashore where Shin Makoku's ship was waiting. Even though Conrad and Yuuri had made up, with Conrad saying sorry for hurting Yuuri with his betrayal, Conrad didn't follow Yuuri back to Shin Makoku. Instead he returned to Big Shimaron. Adalbert and Heather(?) decided to stay back in Holy Sand land, while Sarah returned to Small Shimaron. Yuuri parted with Sarah after giving him a book (a diary?) left by his mother (Sarah's mother). Then he joined Wolfram, and accused Wolfram that he had committed "domestic violence" when he hit Yuuri's stomach :-D
During their trip back to Shin Makoku, one day Murata saw a whirlpool in the sea. He understood that this was a portal for Yuuri to go back to Earth. Yuuri would not leave, even though Murata said it was important for him to return and recharge his energy. Wolfram then pushed both of them overboard, calling after them that he and the others would take care of matters in Shin Makoku. Gwendal didn't hear the conversation, didn't know what was going on, so he jumped after the two to rescue them. The result is that all three of them were transferred to another place (probably not the Earth, I'm not clear about this).
Poor Wolfram, after such a long separation and a short reunion, now he's separated from Yuuri again :-|
