you're a redneck heartbreak who's really bad at lying
my next door neighbor's parents own a chocolate store in santa barbara (chocolate gallery). she came back to texas with 8 or 9 pounds of chocolate. i am trying to be a good friend and i am trying to help her get through it... but my goodness, i'm going to be like 15 lbs heavier come graduation... (her parents will send her more for v-day.. and like every month after that).
what do you make of a boy that gchats you "hey, hope all's well, good talk, bye" (all in one line) after not saying a word to you for 7 months...? strange. oh well, i'm no better.
i LOVE my 4 day weekends (every weekend!). i did have to wake up before 3 today though to volunteer at the children's hospital. let me tell you.. it was tough.
saw juno. it was ok. if i had been juno, that movie would have been 5 min long. abortion. the end. silly movies trying to have an actual plot. (no offense, my pro-life amigas.. if there are any of you out there)
going to new orleans on the 25th for a week early mardi gras celebration with the drunkest of all of my friends. should be a good time. there are plans to again get thrown out of a strip club and for matt h to again puke on a random wall. can't wait! yummy hand grenades (made with classy grain alcohol).
beer bike is 2 months away. rachel, you better come. you too, wars. and one month till the best holiday EVER (ya, VALENTINES DAY!!!!!). theresa and i are stoked. we already have day-early dinner plans. BEST. HOLIDAY. EVER. and the chocolate is oh so cheap on the 15th!
um, in other news, i've been listening to a lot of country (see title). blame christine but she got me to like taylor swift. sadly, i used to think that was a guy... all those american idol people confuse me. did you know that show is still going?!?! i think it comes back tomorrow...
anyway, i need to go and help felice plan out her life. if med school falls through, we've decided on bar tending and chocolate making.. in hawaii. come visit. (wars, you can join us since we always had plans to run off to an island before we had to get real jobs)
oh, and maddy i read your lj! though sometimes i read it a month or so late at which point commenting is slightly... useless... i will try harder.
anyway, my life is boring and my classes are bullshit. in my relaxation class, she had us meditate and i fell asleep. then we watched part of wayne's world and ate raisins (mindfully, mind you.. we had to look at them and stuff. i just ate mine, but we were SUPPOSED to look at them and feel them and whatever.. i was hungry). it was strange... as you can tell, i am definitely applying myself in my last semester of college.
wifey, enjoy italy! christine and i told vernon we're gonna come to italy with him! he can sleep on the floor. :) LOVE YOU!
