Last night we went to my brother-in-law's to play poker. We were there for a good 6 hours. It was actually pretty fun. We hadn't played poker in a while so it was kinda interesting. Of course, Joe and I didn't win. The buy in was only 5 dollars a person...but I never win the stupid pot!! Heh, definitely would never go to Vegas to play for BIG bucks. I've never gone to Vegas but it would be pretty cool to go. The only gambling place I've ever gone to was in Mississippi. My in-laws took me and Joe there for our 21st birthdays. I ended up playing blackjack a lot. I started out with only 30 dollars and worked my way up to a little over $300 bucks. That was pretty kick ass. As for poker, I can't bluff to save my ass.
My little brother (Chris) came over last night to stay. We ended up playing my new Karaoke Volume 2 that we had bought the previous night. We stayed up till four o'clock to finish it. Joe told my brother he couldn't come over anymore because Chris helps me beat the game way too fast so he has to shell out money to buy more. We had already beaten the Karaoke Volume 3 we got last week. I didn't like the 2nd one as much as I liked the 3rd one. Probably because I didn't know most of the songs on the second volume. My brother was supposed to be at work at 3pm. He just left at 2:20. It takes between 45 to an hour to get from here to where he works. Heh, I hope he doesn't get a speeding ticket. My parents would kick his ass.
I'm feeling a little blah today. Probably because I was up for almost 24 hours and still only got 5 hours of sleep. I think Joe's sleeping right now. He was kinda grouchy because I woke him up to smoke a cigarette with me. *shrugs* He'll be okay. I'm trying to do laundry right now...but I don't feel like doing much of anything. It's pretty quiet in the house. The only thing I hear is the stupid dryer. Craig's sleeping. I'm not sure what time he has to be into work. I don't think he went to bed right when we did. We went to bed a little after 4 and as far as I know, he was still playing on the computer.
