Look me in the eye...
Warning: This is an entry full of randomness. But not in a horrible way.
Firstly, my parents and I adopted a new dog last Saturday. Her name is Freya, which is my mom's idea. She's a 14 month old German Shepherd who is black and tan, but has an insane amount of energy. :-) I will probably post a picture of her at some point.
Secondly, "Private Practice" aka the Grey's spinoff. I liked only Tim Daly, but the others were okay, the receptionist was blah and boring. I do hope that ABC doesn't throw it in only to immediately cancel it. With Grey's, well, let's just say it's drama central again, but I guess what I liked about Private Practice was its lack of drama.
I found a fun website called mypetpeeves.com which is quite entertaining to read. There are most of my pet peeves, including my mother's and my big one, people chewing with their mouth open. I had to laugh at the noise at 7:30 AM with landscapers since in Lake O if anyone tried to pull that, someone would call the cops and the offender would get written up because of our lovely noise ordinance.
Phrase of the week: "Joe six pack"
Can be used in sentences such as "He writes like a professor" "No, I try to write so that joe six pack can make sense of it". Amber and I thought that phrase was quite funny, but it was also 5 o'clock and we were getting ready to go out. I decided that I liked that phrase because my alternate dialog is best with gestures and not everyone would have appreciated it.
Also, to the Lake O people, who is going to be in LO this summer? I'm just curious since I haven't heard from a lot of people for a while...partially my fault since I've been very bad about communication.
