Britney Spears Wallpaper
How to make this wallpaper: 
First things first, open this in your paint/photoshop:
(Made by _excentric_. I edited it slightly to make it the size of a regular wallpaper.)
Now open a new blank canvas, sized 1024x768, or whatever your resolution is set at.
Find the pictures you want to use for your wallpaper and blend them together the best that you can.
(Keep in mind that this works best with blank/white backgrounds)
I chose to use Britney Spears as my subject.

Now copy that canvas, and paste it as a new layer onto the grungy canvas you already have open.
At this point, you set the new layer to Multiply, move it around until you're happy with the position, and you should get this:
You can choose to leave it in colour, or desaturate it.
I decided I wanted mine to be black and white, so I desaturated it:
Once you have that done, you can BLUR/SMUDGE out anything on the grungy layer that might not look good.
Now make a new layer, and set it to multiply.
Choose a bright colour, and use a round brush with 98% Hardness, 100% Opacity and create some circles:
(To get the donut type circles I have, just take a light grey and on the same layer, make smaller circles inside the coloured ones.)
Once you have that done, just add text and brushes, and you're finished!
