School's not out for summer (yet, but, terrifyingly soon)...
School starts tomorrow.
I'm always strangely nervous for the first day of term. Actually, there's almost always good reason to be nervous, students back from a holiday are a nightmare, but still; I'd have thought I'd get over the jitters by now.
I have to admit, one of the awesome things about teaching up here is that both the first and last weeks of term are only 3 days long, due to teachers getting travel days since it takes 15 hours to get here from Adelaide, and 5 from Alice Springs. That is pretty cool.
