This is how you know you're infected. Sure, I knew that years months ago, but I'm listening to The Beatles' Revolver and thinking about how much it's Sam Tyler's album. From the themes and suggestions in "Eleanor Rigby" to the morbid undertones you could get from "I'm Only Sleeping". And surely "For No One" was written about Sam and Maya? It's a bit freaky, actually.

So, um. Suggestions for other albums or songs that remind you of Life on Mars characters? I always find Gene really difficult. I rarely hear a song and think, 'that's Gene!'
