Those were my waking hours yesterday. I need to get back on a normal schedule.
Yesterday's 5k was terrible (race-wise....social event-wise it was fun), but I didn't really expect anything different. I felt heavy and dizzy and drowsy. I beat my time from last year by 15 seconds, but I felt pretty crappy.
