(no subject)
As I hear the planes fly low over my house, I am reminded that in one week I will be on one of those planes headed for JFK to spend Thanksgiving in Long Island with my family. And then when Thanksgiving is over, it's only 3 weeks until Christmas in Vermont. I had breaks/vacations from the lab in March, May, and July. So from July to November it's been a rough stretch of all work and no play. I can't wait
I was never a fan of pumpkin pie when I was younger. But I am now converted because 1) it is super easy to make (even when you run out of eggs) and 2) it tastes great before a morning run :)
