I NEED SUGGESTIONS FROM MY LJ READERS - I'm going to make a sign language book for, god willing, the classroom that I'll have in the future. I need some help - if you were a little kid, what words would pop into your mind that you would want to know in sign language? Give me some suggestions! I'm making a book that has a few words for each letter of the alphabet, so give me as many as you can think of! Some of you are incredibly mentally insane and I quite look forward to any suggestions you might have. No Ellie, Canadian Sea-turtle Bacon will not be on the list.
Oh glorious glorious Fridays. What a tease they are though. You get all pumped because its ALMOST the weekend, but then you have to suffer through work for a few hours, all the while dreaming of swimming, sleeping, reading, and the day continues to drag on and on.
I was just on mugglenet.com (essential for any true HP fan) and there was a link to addresses where you can write to Daniel Radcliffe (the kid who plays Harry in the the movies) and he'll actually like write back to you or send you once of his newsletters. They were giving suggestions on what to write about and how to sound intelligent and not like everyone else being like - I love your acting, you're so good, blah blah or other such nonsense. I have a feeling that if I wrote him a letter, it would go something like this: *ahem*
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Love, Aimee
Tonight I'm going home and instantly getting into the pool. Huzzah. Then I'm being picked up and taken to Margaritas and I am QUITE excited. My boss at work asked me if I wanted to go and a friend of hers (who is actually the mom of a kid I grew up with) is going too. It should be an entertaining time. They're both hilarious and I'm expecting a scene which will be sooooooooo funny. After that, who knows what will go on.
Alright, thats enough of this. I'm going to go "do some work" now. PLEASE give me some ideas for my ASL book - it would be much appreciated.
