Time for a much less violent journal entry - for those of you who were privileged enough to read the last one - I dearly apologize for it but I had to get it out. I was feeling QUITE violent at the time. To the point of almost finding something very valuable to break on purpose. That would have been rather satisfying. Now that I'm home, I'm still annoyed but I'm moving on to the "I don't give a shit" stage which I expect to be to the "Who? Who are you talking about?" by the end of the summer. It just sucked that it had to end up like that - what a bitch that was.

WHATEVER. Moving on to much better people & places!! This summer should hopefully be a good one. I'm already 2 days into my job (not even 2 full days...) and I'm already like dreading the rest of the summer work-wise. I'm not a huge fan of the mill for those of you who weren't aware of that fact (aka only blind deaf people who live underground in Siberia) I have approximately 60 days of work left. THAT makes me want to hurt myself multiple times. BUT, I did just figure out approximately how much money I should be making this summer and it made me feel a little better. Only a little though. Ha. I'll feel much better after next Thursday and I get that first check in my hands.

AHHHHHHHHHHH My room is coming along splendidly! I have yet to get it completely organized - I'm thinking that'll take a good 2 weeks or so. I do, however, have a scrapbooking table now which is GENIUS. I can't wait to scrapbook on it for the first time. I'm going to try to finish my England scrapbook this summer (because that is what is the most important to me right now) and then finish college (blech) and then finish up the high school one. PATHETIC. Working backwards is horrible but its what I want to do so GET OVER IT.

I have a couple things that I'm quite looking forward to this summer already - such as: Arelle's Wedding, Trips to Canada (July 4th weekend!!!), and of course the Bay Festival which should be as retarded/awesome as usual. It has definitely gotten worse quality-wise over the years, but it never fails to be a good day. Plus, I'm hoping that we'll have some real neat people from other locations joining us on that day for perhaps some pool adventures.

Soooooooo my graduation party/dinner thing is this Thursday. Quite excited. I really really like getting together with my family for dinners and such things. Some of them whine and moan and groan about it but screw them, I have fun. Haha - and it'll be entertaining with Ron's family there - especially Ethan because he provides so much entertainment. 3 year olds are pretty fun, let me tell you.

This rain is miserable. It's only been going for a day and I'm dreading the next few days/week of rain because its going to be so POOPEY! I feel real bad for the southern parts of Maine and New England where they're having the floods and such. I can't imagine that happening at my house - MY BEDROOM WOULD BE FLOODED - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I'd be so upset. But actually, even though we do have the lake across the street, we are up off the road a bit so it really shouldn't be a problem. Knock on wood.

Can we please discuss how alligators are going insane and attacking/killing people right now? Makes me glad to be in Maine. And you know what the crazy thing is - I'll never feel safe in salt-water again down there either, because I talked to a guy in here yesterday who said he saw an alligator go into SALT WATER AND SWIM AROUND. Ummm, I totally thought they were all about the fresh water and didn't do salt water. Well, maybe there are some like animorphed versions of alligators (p.s. did anyone else read animorphs? because I was quite the fan I must say - there were some romance deals going on in those books - they got pretty hot, aka not at all) down there who like salt water. So if you're down there, and you're in salt water, but think you're safe, you're probably wrong.

So all that I have left to do regarding UMF (that I'm aware of) is the following - get 2 more grades from classes, get a final transcript, and apply for teacher certification. Shouldn't be too bad....we shall see. Hopefully I'm all set but who knows. I wonder when my e-mail stops coming through my maine address? I should most likely ask someone...
