Lots of things have happened lately... lots of things have been said.. and changes occured.
I dont particularly care what most peoples opinions are anymore.
Everyone believes that their way is the right way... that everyone should know exactly what they want to do straight away... work, go to school, follow a career path, and become part of the social norm.
People change.. thats just the way it is... EVERYONE changes.. though noone ever admits it. so noone can really give the "youve changed, you never used to be like this," lecture to anyone else without being a hypocrite.
And yet ive watched mates get bombarded with these lectures from numerous "friends"... and who are they to judge them?
"Youve changed"
"you never used to be like this"
"youre a smart person"
"you have no direction"
"your wasting your life"
Well what happens when you dont know what you want to do with the rest of your life?
WE'RE YOUNG, SMART PEOPLE... THERES NO RUSH TO BE STUCK IN A 9-5 JOB YOU HATE, JUST BECAUSE ITS THE SOCIALLY ACCEPTABLE THING TO DO.
I have my whole life ahead of me, and im not goin to waste it doing something i dont enjoy doing, talking to people i dont like talking to, or learning what i dont enjoy learning about.
and thats it.
