Not all of them are as evil as you paint them out to be. There are some good ones. Just like there are good and bad humans or witches and wizards. You shouldn't write them all off just because of what they are.

"Good" and "bad" humans are a fact. Vampires being "evil" is a fact - any "good" ones are 'ceptions, not a rule.

[Ugh. There is a very frustrated sigh here. Rules, changing rules a different world with all sorts of other worlds. What the hell is "vant" - what the hell does "sparkling" have to do with anything? She's conversed with people before talking about good vampires, met of few of them, had an exchange with Caroline before in passing. But none of that changes what she is, what her heritage is, what her brother is, or what vampires have cost her.

None of it matters, basically. or maybe she's just pissed off and homesick and thus being irrational, sob Mel]
