Midweek post & nail advise

Well it's finally the middle of the week - thank god. I have to admit that today kinda took a lot out of me at work since my boss is gone and my partner in crime was off today for Saturday. Mine do that all the time. But I found a vitamin that really works, and it makes my hair better too! I buy it at Walmart where it's the "Spring Valley" brand, and it's cheap. It's called "Hair Skin Nails", and it's a biotin/collagen combination. No iron at all!

Thanks for the suggestion :) I think I'll have to try and look for that since my index fingers are still peeling :P *makes mental note for next time I hit Walmart*
