Oi today has been a Monday. And speaking as someone who has seen Office Space way too much, it was one of those Monday's I could just hear "Does somebody have a case of the Mondays?" in my head all on my own. *face palm* It wasn't really all that stressful, just lots of crap piled up and it was one of those days where you feel like you're moving slower after the weekend and cause things kept coming in you never really made a dent in your work load that made you feel you accomplished anything. Blah :P And today we got told Friday looks like our move to the new office. Although Monday we have to work a day in the city that's an hour commute each way...then Tuesday in the new office 5 minutes from my house o.O Yeah that's my response too. Stupid but we'll see what happens. Either way my whole office is packed minus the things I need to function.
But I don't want to just talk work cause that seems like all I ever do - other than a Buffy post a day. Christmas is a better topic for me after the weekend - I have almost all my shopping done except for my Washington family, which won't be in Washington for the holiday so if they're a little late it's no biggie. Although I'm mainly waiting to get some ideas from my family up there for gifts. This weekend we also got the tree decorated and some other things in the house. So it's looking all pretty and holiday filled :) It's kind of scary honestly knowing that next week is Christmas already.
And now - since I've wanted to talk about it for weeks - anime news!!! :D
First up I'm soooooo excited that they finally announced Junjo Romantica Season 2's DVD release for March 2011 in the US *hearts* This is still my favorite yaoi anime and manga series. I was starting to get worried that they wouldn't put out season 2 since I hadn't heard anything for such a long time after season 1's release. So yeah, I'm really excited about that. Also while I'm kind of on the idea of preorders I finally decided to preorder Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji) Season 1 Part 1's Limited Edition cause Amazon offered a really good price for it. The kicker - I have no idea what "limited item" is coming with the set because NO WHERE is saying what it is. *face palm* I keep laughing at the fact they aren't saying what it is, at this point I just hope it's something cool since it's such a secret.
Now the thing I'm kind of iffy on is they recently announced they will be rereleasing Loveless with an English dub. Now I'm usually for English dubs because it makes things a bit easier, although Vampire Knight's dub has made me second guess that, but the fact they want to dub an older anime - and a good one, just has me iffy. I'm not sure if I like that. I already own the series on DVD so unless it comes out really cheap I don't think I'll be replacing mine even though I'm going to want to hear the dub at least once. Or for an episode or two until I see if they did a good job voice casting or not. It just feels weird the series that hasn't had a new book in the US for years is getting a new treatment for the DVD.
And yeah, I think that's about it for me on anime babbly news as well :) So for now...*scampers off*
