Happiness
Is being back in your own house and getting to be lazy for a day. My work gave me an extra day off, they figured that I would be too tired and worn out to go into work today, instead I'll work my regular Wednesday shift on Friday (which is usually a day off for me) :) I don't mind. Definitely didn't mind when I slept in til 11am and was rather lazy upstairs til 1pm.
Since then I've been getting caught up on the happenings I missed while I was gone while eating hummus and chips - oh so healthy brunch - I know ;).
Seems I missed a lot of my fandom goodness: Daria has a 2010 DVD release date, Junjou Romantica's anime got picked up by a US distributor and is coming to DVD in 2010, the new xxxHolic chapter was finally put out, someone finally subbed the 2nd half of the latest xxxHolic OVA so I have that downloaded and ready to watch, Dance in the Vampire Bund was green lit for an anime series, and there was a new Tsubasa chapter as well.
Not to mention I got home to a nice pile of real life mail that included Pet Shop of Horrors Volume 10 (only missing Volume 9 now), my Code Geass Kallen R2 Portrait figure, and my preordered copies of Junjou Romantica Vol 10 and Tsubasa Vol 22.
I'm REALLY happy about the DVD news. I've been grumbling about Daria for YEARS and Junjou is my all time favorite yaoi series every *happy dance* Well...it's tied with Loveless but yeah XD And xxxHolic *tears* this series is ripping me up man...and I still beg for more *face palm*
But for now I think I will end this. I can imagine I'll be posting a lot the rest of the week. I need to take pics of my AX swag, get the pics off my camera, then do some posts :D So yeah, you've been warned.
