being away from home can be difficult.
being away from home during a holiday is even more difficult.
I'm just thankful to have Baby with me.
and having a super supportive family.
in no matter what we do.
We tend to like to plan something nice for each other
organinsing and coming up with surprises for each other.
i think that makes us closer to each other.
and love each other more.
some people find us weird. haha.
but i love the way we are. (:
a while back.
was our parents' wedding anniversary
and kor and I decided to plan the place to go
and surprise them with a after dinner place as well
(Tango's of course. haha)
yes. i know. we told people we were not joining my parents for dinner
giving them their own space.
but we just couldn't resist throwing them a surprise party.
and putting a smile on their face!
most importantly.
and I was really happy we had good food, good company and loveeee. hehe
We went to Original Sins.
A new hot favourite place of ours.
and we just couldn't not go there. cause of the excellent food and service.
and brilliant chefs.

It is vegetarian. but I swear.
it's the most awesome vegetarian food you can ever have! (:
great ambience. hehe candle light dinner (:

we all shared the appetizer and ordered a main of our own. hehe
this was the starter.
it's called Magic Mushrooms.
and it sure was magically awesome! hehe
baked portobello mushrooms with ricotta cheese, spinach, pesto, and pine nuts
topped with tomato basil sauce and mozzarella cheese.
it was just. superb. (: hehe
really really good.
Moussaka
a favourite on the table! haha
actually all our mains were awesome.
this one was layered baked eggplant potato, tomato and lentils
infused in Middle eastern spices
topped with bechamel sauce.
kor had the risotto.
and to me. it was the best one I've had.
difficult to find a risotto done perfectly.
kor said he had a better one at Gardens! hehe
which I am waiting to try (:
Daddy ordered the lasagne.
and it was awesome! hehe
Baby ordered the porcini polenta.
and it was something mummy enjoyed as well! hehe
it was sooo delishh i tell u. haha.
(As u can tell everything was awesome haha)

it's a baked eggplant with chickpeas and ricotta
spiced with garam masala in tomato and fenugreek sauce
and it was served with couscous. hehe
