flowers or chocolate?
may (pweetyrainbow) gave me three questions and here are my answers.
1. Best and worst aspects of being a teenager?
this is a really hard question because 13 - 19 is a lot! of time. but for me the
best: would probably be the overall carefree nature of being a teenager. you're obnoxious and stupid but you think you're awesome and that everything you do is awesome. i really hate teenage ego but it's what makes being a teenager fun, yeeaah?
worst: all the angst that comes with the teenage ego, haha. i also don't like how you're supposed to decide on what you want to do for the the rest of your life at the age of 17/18.
2. What's a song that you like but would be embarrassed to admit it to ...er ...anyone? (LOL THIS QUESTION DEFEATS THE PURPOSE BUT K)
i don't particularly like this song, but i listen to it and it's just... shameful because it's such a stupid song. urgh... admitting it makes me feel so bad! green day - jesus of suburbia there. *shrivels up and dies*
3. What's something you're looking forward to?
at the moment there's nothing out-of-the-ordinary that i'm looking forward to. on a short term basis, i look forward to seeing and being with friends. long term-wise would be learning and understanding more and more. not just academically but anything and everything. discovering new things makes me happy.
on a completely random note, i remember this discussion phoebe and i had a few days after valentines over chocolates and flowers. phoebe said she preferred chocolates over flowers because they were more practical. as much as i love practicality (and that is a lot!) i prefer flowers simply because i think they're a sweeter idea. i'm an aesthetics person. *gigglesnort*
that's pretty much it for this post. i've got uni at one. jason needs to give me cds so i'll be at the library around four.
