Some thoughts...
I know, nothing for ages and then two in one day...so :p
Was stood behind a cranky old guy at a service station the other day as he bitched at the girl on till about how much everything cost. This got me to thinking of the people who come into where I work and make similar comments. Why are they complaining to me? Have I forced them to come in and buy coffee? If you don't like price of something surely the sanest thing to do is to not go into that establishment and buy it in the first place? Don't like the cost of coffee in service stations, then take a flask. Don't like the cost of coffee in town, wait till you get home or go somewhere else where it is cheaper. There are alternatives, no-one is forcing you in there.
