I am getting really pissed off now. Have been without a working washer/dryer for nearly 4 weeks and the drum to repair it is still out of stock! Even worse, I was told on Monday that the part was in and just awaiting allocation to an engineer....today I called to see if it had been allocated yet only to be told no it wasn't in and they had no idea why someone told me different. No they have no way of knowing when one will be in stock. They suggest I call the insurance company if it's a problem....if it's a problem! I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old, of course it's a problem. The insurance company (of course)are unable to help, they are waiting for the repair to be done so they can pay but that is the start and end of their involvement in the whole process.
