Well, tomorrow mislih cometh... I's nervous, as I usually am before he gets here. :X anyway, I've done minor shits such as vacuuming and organizing stuff.. the computer room carpet is friggin ass nasty. It doesn't smell as... musty.. in here though.. so, I guess that's ok. I lit some incense, and opened the window, too.. so it's definately gonna smell peachy by the time he gets here. It already does. ::inhales the fresh air:: :DDD
I've been getting coughing attacks lately. o.o;; I got one during band and the conductor said it was my wonderful solo.. hee...
on the topic of band.. someone wrote into the Oscoda Press saying that the band was disrespectful to the Veterans on Memorial Day (well, Saturday is when the concert was, but pssh... details, details...) because we didn't wear our uniforms. To this, I say: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SMOKING, LADY?!
Firstly: if we wanted to be disrespectful, we wouldn't have marched at all.
Secondly: our old uniforms are clean and packed away. Our new uniforms haven't even been used yet, and need hemming.
Lastly: if you want to march in a heavy wool suit in 70+ degree weather while carrying and playing a heavy instrument, all the while having the tension of fucking up hanging over your head, be my guest. I know I don't want to.. I don't think this carries its original point anymore, but you catch my drift, eh?
Like I said.. if we'd wanted to be disrespectful, we wouldn't have played in the first place, or we would've goofed off or something. We took time out of our day -- our Saturday, our weekend.. blahblah..
I sure do get worked up over shit. XD
