Money sucks, banks suck, credit cards realy suck and it pisses me off that to get something done by banks you have to shout at someone. Why can't they just sort out the problems they make when you ask them to?
I called my credit card co and pointed out that they had snared a large chunk of money some days earlier than they were supposed to and fucked up my weekend. they apologised. I asked if the money would at least be on my card today. they promised that they would ensure it.
It wasn't.
I called and pointed this out. They told me nothing could be done. I shouted at the poor girl, she told me nothing could be done. I asked to speak to her manager. I spoke to the manager, she told me nothing could be done. I shouted at her. she sorted the problem in less than one minute.
Now wouldn't that have all been a lot more pleasent for everyone if they had done that yesterday, which the manager had admitted was perfectly possible.
Yes it would. but they don't do anything unless you shout at them.
People are learning machines, they adapt their behaviour based on experiance. We are teaching each other that if you want something done now then fucking shout and cause a lot of shit. This is how terrorists are born, believing change can only come through violent action.
