We try.
It’s true you know, we try to find our voice, that which is uniquely us. Part of this whole blogging phenomenon is people desperately trying to find their voices, to be heard for who they are, different, unique, individual.
We all want to be seen that way, as something special. Often people fall into cliques, groups, tribes. That’s not giving in, that’s finding something that was missing. Writers will talk to writes, fans to fans, artists to artists and so on. But that doesn’t mean you loose your own voice.
We treat this non-place, as a meeting ground, a place of communities, but still we search for our individual voice our cry in the darkness that we are separate, special, other than the herd. We form a new herd. All different, all unique, all heading in the same direction.
I want to be something new.
I’ve found my voice again.
I may go away, I may stay, I’ve not decided yet, but I’m back, me again. Alive again. Not better, not stronger, not any less heartbroken, but me once more. Out of my cave and back into the light.
Thinking again.
Wondering again.
Hoping again.
