Amanda and I graced the kegger of the Mechanical engineers on Friday. We went early (1030ish) and we left late, around 430am. The night was filled with confessions, punches, bloody knees, dry kegs, cinnamon toast crunch, philthy's dancing, flirting, and of course a water bottle of vodka (quite highschool.)
Amanda had training at 830am on Saturday and I had a full day of work starting at noon. We thought we should just stay awake until then. That plan failed, at 530am.
Needless to say we both felt like shit yesterday; however, I love my job.
Though the events are kind of scarce and always on good party days, and the pay sucks it's such a freakin fun job. If you didn't know, I'm working catering, like sous-chef action/dishwashing. Me and the boys prepped and ate until about 430 when the rest of our lovely crew showed up. Everything went smoothly (despite fed hall servers) and also we all ate like...queens/kings. Prime Rib, Chicken, Fruit Flan, Sushi, Bruschetta. Mm.
I got 'assigned' to the cake man. This very metro sexual french baker. He was freaking out because the bride and groom's cheap cake stand that they didn't buy from him broke. I had to help him scour 3 different sized boxes, so the four tier cake would still look good. It was very nice. $450., cheap for a wedding cake. Now my advice for you, from french man: When you get married, don't skimp on the cake stand.
And now today. Econ 201 awaits me. and the wonderful 30 degree smog alert from Waterloo Region. I love Ontario summers. (haha)

ps. Brad, I hope you enjoyed that. haha. I love being watched.
