This is the very first icon I have ever made. :D Inspired by Aziraphale's insistence that Tartan is stylish. The tartan pattern took me forever to make (I used Paint). Each yellow line is drawn individually. (In fact, each line is drawn individually, and it's so hard keeping the lines straight

It did take ages! And then, just as I was finishing, I don't know what happened but the thing accidentally closed by itself! :( I had to open Paint again and re-do the whole thing!

Thanks so much for the tip! I'm thinking about making more icons (for stuff like Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings as well as Good Omens), and I think your tip is going to come in very handy.

I LOVE your icon!

And when I read the posts in the Lower Tadfield Air Base, all the users had such wonderful icons, and I wanted to have one of my own too; something I made, not simply someone else's icon that I copied. So I made this,thinking tartan would be easy, since I rarely use Paint and this is, like, only the third time I've used Paint.

Evidently I was wrong about thinking tartan would be easy to make in Paint... anyway, thanks so much for all the lovely comments!
