Oh, to live in Italy. You're very lucky! :)

As to your questions, I'll give them a shot:

1) I think you're right and that Crowley's wings are white, or whatever the regular color is for angels' wings. The illustrations in the book depict them as black, but it's just the illustrator's interpretation of them.

2)I think Anathema gets to read much more of Agnes's book than we (the readers) do, so I'm sure that's how she knew to expect Newt.

3)I think the "slouching towards Tadfield" line is in reference to a poem, possibly Yates. I'm not certain, though. I'm sure someone else will have a better answer.

4) C & A remember, as do the four horsepeople, but the others (Newt, Anathema, etc.) forget. Adam? Not certain, and I haven't got the book in front of me.

5) I think Crowley's a lot nicer than he acts towards his plants, but if they knew that they wouldn't be scared of him any more. He brings back empty pots to keep the intimidation going, and probably just leaves the rejected plants where people might find them and adopt them.

6) Sequel? Probably not, according to the authors.

7)Movie? Who knows. It's up in the air, so I've heard.
