Are there any folks here going to the Anansi Boys signing in Portland? I'm taking half a day off work to drive up (and make sure I get in -- it's first come, first served). Maybe meet up?

I'm in Corvallis at the moment, and man does it suck.

I don't know yet, but probably around 4 or 5 pm. It's at seven, right?

I have 7:30 written down. You think 2 or 3 hours is necessary? He must have more fans in the area than I thought ;) So I should probably leave here around like 2:30 or so and bring something for dinner... and hope I don't need a pee break.

Do you want to meet and sit in line together, maybe?

The lady at Powell's to whom I spoke recommended I get there at five. I was pretty surprised, too, but I figure she of all people would know! :)
