I had a rather vivid dream that was just crying out to be ficced, but in order to do it, I need a matter cleared up. Therefor, I'd like to ask anyone British or Brit-savvy here, what sort of large non-church religious (specifically Christian) gatherings occur over there?
For example, in the US, you have revivals, prayer meetings (in certain parts of the South), the odd tent-festival trying to make religion exciting, and televangelistic faith-healing type barnstorming.
Is there anything of a similar ilk goes on in Britain?
