I went to Busch's Value Land today to aquire a 6-pack and a bag of doritos. My quest hit a bump when the woman in front of me, and 4 other patorns waiting in the express lane, decided it would be a good idea to argue with the cashier ( who probably got a real kick out of this) over the price of a single mango. THe difference was a whopping 30 cents. So, since my time is worth a hell of a lot more than that, I gave her a dollar.
How little must one value their time if they are willing to spend it trying to save 30 cents. I wonder...
And for those who think she might have been acting on the princple of things, i'll have you know she took the dollar happily. Principle my behind.
Thrity cents man, thirty cents.
