Forget the snooze button, I want a hibernation button

Random: My neck hurts. Like, it needs a very serious and very painful massage to make it better.

So, Steph decided to stay up really late last night. I mean like, past 3AM late. Which is totally out of character for her. She was painting her best friend's birthday gift, and it turned out pretty cute I think. But the bad thing was that I finally probably should have gotten a huge amount of sleep if I had gone to bed on time and not procrastinated on my letter for French. Only good thing about being up was I got to see Year of Hell, Part 2. :D Then I promptly went to bed.

As it were, I did get a lot of sleep, but I didn't do any reading for my classes. Thankfully I managed to scrape on through and now can catch up on sleep and reading this weekend. All I have tomorrow is Fiction lecture and Theatre. I've read for the latter, not the former, but both ways I can get through both classes, so I'm calling it a night.

I watched Bones and called Liz and it was dorky and fun and happy and I'm so going to have to write that crossover, cherryfeather , because Cam *totally* was the only one who cared about safety and regulations like she would and everyone else was just like CURIOSITY, I HAS IT and she was like *headdesk* and yeah, I love this show more and more.

Also watched L&O: UK just now, I like it, it's just that they're still redoing old episodes of our L&O so the plots are like... contrived, but for them it's fresh and it's still a pretty pretty show. I won't lie. I'm in it for Freema and now Daniel Craig* and Jamie Bamber because LAWD HE IS HAWT.

Getting caught up on my shows has made me happy; House was good -- WILSON I LOVE YOU SO. And Jerkface McDouchbaggerson was pretty funny. HE MADE MY CUDDY HAPPY. Because he was all I'D DO YOU IN A MINUTE and it's TRUFAX. And House engineered it to be so. I'm glad I have this one downloaded and safe. :D My television has been comforting after so much stress. Destressing with early seasons of SVU and

OMFG THE TRIUMPHANT RETURN OF ALEXANDRA CABOT ON TUESDAY WAS FRIGGING BRILLIANT IT MADE ME SO ABSURDLY HAPPY I STARTED CLAPPING MY HANDS AFTER THE EPISODE WAS OVER AND GIGGLING YEYYYYYY

A word of advice: it is always good to randomy Facebook IM someone. The ensuing conversation is going to be awesome, like me and Shannon reliving the P-Zone (Poetry Zone, for those of you not acquainted with the night) and planning to see each other this summer.

The only bad thing about getting off for Mardi Gras like all these crazy Louisianaians is that everyone's spring break is right about... NOW and they're all YAY HOUSTON and I'm all... COME GET ME.

*See this post.
