thats what im here for
training is complete...i have mixed feelings about the whole process of it...on one hand im so glad it's over... i hate it... its all running and swimming and cpr and first aid and CRAP! its all tiring and very well...BORING! and im also happy that now for sure i have my job secure and all...plus i get a raise after i get certified!! BUT...im soo burned on my back (serves me right i guess, for not putting sunscreen on) and im kind of tired, and my whole weekend was full of lifeguarding JUNK! so i feel a little socially behind. whatever...i need the money and the job!
the best part of the weekend was when i got to meet all the new people, i met katie and dan and tony and joe and all these other hell of cool people! we all are just so chill together...a bunch of people went and saw the movie Troy..some loved it and some hated it...i guess if you find Brad Pitt's nakedness good, then u might have liked it... otherwise the movie kinda blew...i cannot wait until summer when everyone is back from school and the summer season of work starts! there will be some SICK-ASS parties this summer! if i like all these guys and girls when they are sober...i am going to LOVE them when we're all drunk and partying... WEE im excited... today was a good day, made my spirits high!! =)
this week is so full of crap for me to do and what not...i have the usual therapy and volleyball...and with practies now... wehave to start training for festival in june!! wahoo we're going to Reno for a week!!! therapy is oka... its long and i dont really liek it, but it helps... and i need to go to the group ones and the family ones...i never knew i had so many "issues" whatever...i guess everyone is fucked up in one way or another...besides all that i got swimming and class, and doctors appointments out my wazoo!!! life never slows down, does it?
anyways, i miss ashley a lot... i havent seen her since friday!!thats a LOOONG time for me and her to be apart...it makes me all teary-eyed just thinking about it... lol i went to brian's house and stole doughnuts on saturday... hehe and i was so cold from swimming and junk in training that he gave me hand warmers... so i was playing with them all afternoon =)thanks babeah...anyways i thought ashley should know that at work today i got soo PISSED when people kept saying the "r" word... i got so mad i yelled at my shift manager... they all appologized and stopped, for now atleast! its always good when i can change atleast ONE person from saying it so negatively...i suppose
