Damn it Project Runway! Why couldn't you pick the most talented designer to win, aka Santino!!?? I loved everything he did, probably because it is more my style. The colors and fabrics and fits...I loved it. Wow...I am really obsessed with this show. Well, screw Elle Magazine and Banana Republic! Santino is designing my dress for my first awards show or big concert. Woot!
So in a funny turn of thought, I got my NATS scores back. As it turns out the guy that said "does it hurt?" during my audition gave me my highest score. All of his comments made sense to me and he was very complimentary. He and one of the women on the panel gave me very high scores which would have advanced me to Regionals had the OTHER woman not given me a really low score. Wtf?? She didn't even say why....her opinion, or as my teacher said, "she must have been smoking crack." I love that man!
One more day until I can go home!! I need to not be in Winchester for a week, seriously. I can't wait to play with Joey (my corgi) and eat good food and play with my church's worship band and possibly see some friends I have lost touch with.
I love music and my voice. God bless my teacher for showing me what a beautiful instrument I have and how to use it. I am so excited for my future because of him, not scared like I was before. Thank you God, thank you!!
