Hi, flist! How was your Christmas? Mine was so much better than last year, which was mostly spent in my room. I got a shiny new iPod Classic (160GB!), spent the majority of Christmas Eve in the pub with a bunch of my friends, and managed to make Christmas dinner without burning anything down. \o/
Also, I've been emailing Idobi about what I'm actually doing for my internship.
Me: I was wondering what kind of shows I'd be able to go to. By that I mean, the size. For example, would you be able to set up credentials for the Brand New show, which is in a large arena (Wembley)? Or would it only be smaller venues/bands?
Idobi: We can usually cover most events, short of Britney Spears level. Let me know if you want me to setup coverage for that date.
*__________* That date is Brand New, Thrice and Glassjaw! I'm ridiculously excited about this! I'm totally going through the listings at all London venues and trying to find concerts I want to go to. Wonder if I can get credentials for MCR whenever they tour.
