Hopefully, Vash-mun won't mind this....(and you, of course) paint_the_lili December 24 2009, 03:01:27 UTC
Lili had lived in the Alps up until now. She was used to the snow and she loved it. However, she wasn't as much of an outdoor person, especially this late in the year. She was used to snow in about October. Around now, back home, it was hardly safe to go outside, if at all ( ... )

OF COURSE SHE IS WELCOME! Sorry for the late reply! mojitostand January 1 2010, 02:30:50 UTC
The other dogs were lounging on the porch, panting from their excitement and looking out into the snow, watching for anyone to pass. For dogs that were suppose to sit around the yard of the mechanic shops they normally lived by, they were not guards at the least when it came to people and other animals, which Che felt was a problem but liked their kindness asides. Almost done with his shoveling, he was tired and cold and was beginning to curse the snow regularly. The dogs, not listening to the mans complaints, saw the small dog on the horizon and all stood up, wagging their tails before bounding out into the snow, chattering away in dog-talk that consisted of yips of contentment, friendly faces, eager to greet the third dog that came along that morning ( ... )

She was a little startled when the dogs came barreling toward. Mönch also got more excited, since he could see the other dogs, now. Yipping in return, just as excited, he ran toward them, and Lili stayed behind him, not wanting him to run off or for herself to accidentally release his leash.

When the man she assumed to be their owner informed her that the dogs were friendly and would cause her no harm, she was a bit relieved. She hadn't been too worried for whether or not they were friendly(especially considering she'd yet to hear any growling from them), but it was still good to know. "Th-thank you!" She said, trying not to venture too far in the yard, considering she'd lacked permission to enter in the first place, but not restrict her puppy's access to the other dogs.

Che moved to the edge of his yard, heading over the remaining snow bank that covered the exit out onto the street. He tried to whistle the dogs to return but they would not listen and he, himself, almost slipped when he hit the icy walkway that lined the street. He really thought if the neighborhood cared enough about them like the seemed to care, they would be out there putting salt down so that people were not slipping and sliding all over the place on a day apparently fit for walking dogs as seemingly the only people that had walked past his house that day were people doing such.

"No problem, no problem, sorry 'bout that!" He murmured after straightening himself out and looking to the pretty girl at the edge of his yard as the three mutts sniffed happily their new friend, one of them staying back around Che's legs and wagging his tail lazily before huffing and laying down on a patch of grass that was exposed, watching and waiting.

"They are--certainly not trained well."

Mönch sniffed back at the other dogs before hopping excitedly about them as much as his leash would allow, wanting to play with them and use up the energy that had built up as the puppy was in the house. Lili smiled and let his leash out a little more.

"Th-that's alright." She said with a smile. "They should have fun and enjoy the snow while they have it."

She curtsied for him before introducing herself. "I'm sorry about him exciting your dogs. I-I'm Lili Zwingli, and that's Mönch. May I ask your name as well?"

The other dogs hopped around and barked happily at the smaller puppy, sniffing and pawing at the other with no aggression, only eager to play and tromp around in the snow like they had before with the other canines that had been stopping by. Even the dog by Che's feet eventually got up and walked over, adding a sniff or two, wagging his tail eagerly while one of the mutts sniffed the owner, sniffing her snows coated in the cold snow.

Che could only think of how polite the girl was, and it made him laugh, shaking his head and arching an eyebrow at the gesture, not sure how to respond to that. He ducked his head a little in greeting and smiled warmly though, invitingly since she seemed to stammer in her words.

"Ah--I'm Che Céspedes and these mutts are Anier, Teofilo and Yanire--" he pointed at each one accordingly and they all perked up at their names before going back to exploring the new twosome.

"Don't worry about it though--they are always excited. . ." He chuckled. "It's nice t' meet yah there Lili, and to you too Mönch!"

Lili smiled when the dogs came to her and allowed her small white pet to sniff Che as well while she leaned down and pet them. Mönch barked when Che said his name and wagged his tail happily before returning to pawing the other dogs.

"It's nice to meet you all, as well. And I'm sure Mönch agrees." She said gently. "It's good to see that they have energy, though! While it's hard work, it's still more fun that they're excitable, I suppose. . . ."
