I know this means I'll have two fics running...
an' I still need to finish that last story I'm writing all of yous.
But I just started thinking last night
'bout how it's not me fault I weren't born back then over there!
but...what if I were?
This is an AU from me mind that's been growing all night

It was a hot day with clear skies. A cry broke out from 13, Arnold Grove, Wavertree, Liverpool and was heard all up and down the street. Louise Harrison dropped the bowl she was mixing for a cake and hurried over. She was was worried for her best friend, as she was pregnant with what Louise hoped to be a boy so her own child, George, could have a friend growing up. Once she opened the door she gasped and immediately rushed over to the woman's side. She had collapsed. Louise called for the woman's husband and he came running, pulling his wife and neighbor into his car. then went speeding down the street tword the hospital.

An hour later a baby girl was born. She was shown to her mother. "The baby's name...is...Christopher..." she used her last breath to say this and died, leaving her husband with 5 sons who were at school when this happened, and, apparently, one daughter by the name of Christopher. Once the baby was cleaned and had quieted down, she was brought to Louise who had been pacing in the hallway the whole time.
"What's it's name?" she asked as she held the baby.
"Erm...Christopher. Her name's Christopher." he said nervously and waited for the question of how the mother was doing.
"Christopher!? Her name's Christopher? What the devil is she thinking, naming a girl that?!" she said, shocked at such a thing.
"Um...yes...well...That's what she said, and that's what it is." He said, still nervous and now scared of his neighbor.
"I think I'll go knock some sense into that crazy girl! Wait here!" she said and gave the baby back to it's father.
"No!"
"Whatever do you mean, no!?"
"She's...Joan...is...um...Dead."
"Dead? Dead?! You're surely joking, aren't you?"
"No...she died after Chris was born..."
"Well...well! I'll be her mother then! I'll help you raise this child!" She took Chris back into her arms and kissed her nose.
