I did it. I actually went. To a science fiction and comic convention. And had fun. And bought merchandise. I can't believe it...
Still, the 'Firefly' poster hangs proudly now in my room, waiting for a day when there might be the vague opportunity to get it signed. I should have bought a shirt, too.... but alas for the poor college student lifestyle. *sighs* I've been fighting this inner geek for oh so long. And I finally caved.
