hey guys,
okay so this week was amazing. christian fellowship has been great! i taught on wed. about 1 kings 19! and then joey came thursday and had an awesome message from Hebrews. then david taught yesterday from Daniel 1 & 2. it was such a blessing. anyway, last night i went to Atlantic City wit a bunch of people. we went down for the Josh Gracin concert. ya know the country dude from American Idol?? OH MY GOSH he was so amazing! anyway, all was well til the fight. but i'm over it now and everyone's fine, no big deal. tonight i'm going to the METROSTARS game with Kev, Mo, Matty, Erin, Mat,RJ and a bunch of other folks. it's gonna be awesome. kev~~> "EDDIE GAVEN'S SO HOTT!" i know you like him. lol. we always have such amazing times when we go together!!! tomorrow church and then my brothers football game at 1:30 in wall!!!
so i've been babysitting two days after school, two hours a day. which is 4 hours and i get paid good money considering. anyway, so we have tuesday and wed. off from school and i'm babysitting on wed. and then i think dave, rae, meg fil, and i are going to the diner before church! i love my lil girls!
on a spiritual level, the lord's been doing such an amazing work in my life. it's amazed me so much to see the person that he's molding me into. i mean, there is drama but my new thing is that i'm just keeping it to myself. i honestly think the lord is taking away some of my friends but hey whatever he thinks is best for me, is probably right. so i'm just walking where he leads. i finished Deuteronomy yesterday so now i'm in Joshua. I think that out of the Old Testament Isaiah and Nehemiah have been my top two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but my goal is to get through the whole Old Testament by December 30th! i think i can do it. i've read a lot here and there but i wanna finally have the whole thing down ya know?? I've been standing firm in the fact~~> "ONCE A VICTIM OF ABUSE, NOW A VICTIM OF GRACE!" oh my gosh! how awesome. i've been able to live my life so fully concencrated on the Lord that my past experience hasn't held me down. <>< "pardon the pun!" lol. MR. GORMAN! everyday i go by the place where it happened and it's such an oppurtunity to pray for him and his family. i just finished this book "the one thing you can't do in heaven" and it talks about how you can't put a price tag on a soul and it made me realize. even the most horrific murderer has the rights to know the lord before they die. even though i will never talk to this "child" again, he has the right to know his savior and i pray that someday i'll see him in heaven!!! the summer retreat was the first time i actually felt i could totally move on. SO AMAZING!!!
My Encouragement: encourage someone else this week and don't get discouraged. he'll bring you through it all!!! pray for people. one's you dont even know. if you're driving down the road and you see a car accident or a firetruck, ambulance, police car.. pray for the person/persons inside.
