I dont have that much to write about. I cant remember if I wrote about Thanksgiving or not. I went to my parents house. It was nice. I ended up making a chocolate pie, a lemon meringue pie, and potato salad. I talked myself into making a ham. I went to the store at midnight the night before Thanksgiving and bought a ham. I stayed up all night cooking, the said ham..My parents, mainly my dad, love ham. However, Grandpa really can't eat ham, so mom made a turkey. Usually they make a turkey and a ham, but she didn't have time this year. I ended up making one and surprising them with it.
It was a huge hit. Everyone loved it, and there was absolutely nothing left at the end of the night. My uncle and aunt came over, and finished it off. My aunt is a vegetarian, and she had three bowls of it. I'm guessing it was rather good.
Yay for my first time cooking a Thanksgiving ham.
I am battling money and issues again... Today, I went to the Social Security office in Tulsa today with my mom. We waited for about three hours, standing in a waiting room. There were so many...trashy people there it was unreal. I felt really bad and really scared at the same time. There were a lot of homeless people in the lobby, a lot of black men with their pants hanging to their knees, and a lot of old people. It was a really cold day today. I bout froze my butt off, several times. The experience did make me think about how lucky I am to have a home. I can't imagine being homeless, nonetheless, in the winter.
The office didn't do anything but take my paperwork. I was told if I went in someone would talk to me, and help me fill some stuff out, but obviously I was misinformed.
I guess i'll just wait and see..The big stress day is coming, Thursday, my doctors appointment day... Yes, that is the day my world will offically suck.
I have a major headache and nose ache. My nose has started bleeding, yet again. I'm glad I go to the Dr. this week. I'm so tired. I stayed up til almost 7am last night, (dont ask..)and got up around 11, to meet with my mom to go to Tulsa.
My mom and I were going to go to On the Border but it was really late by the time we got out of the Social Security office, and she didnt have time. My sisters boyfriend came over to watch grandpa while she went with me. We stopped at Chili's on the way home, and it wasn't very good.
I came home around 4 and took a nap til almost 6, when my grandma called and woke me up. I couldn't go back to sleep so I cleaned some of the kitchen, sacked up the trash, and did some laundry.
Now I'm hopefully going to go to bed.
