This is crazy. It's a japense childrens show called "Gimme Gimme Octopus" and basically, it's people dressed in giant rubber suits of various creatures, the main character BEING AN OCTOPUS
and in this episode, a walrus and the octopus try to shoot the sun, using bow an arrow, A GUN, and A CANON.
The octopus keeps getting punched in the face, then this fucking gang comes in AND SHOOTS THE FUCK OUT OF THINGS.
I've been watching a ton of these and like doing voice overs to myself hahahahahaha.
