new look, new locale.
man alive! i have been a shopping fool lately. i've always loved rockabilly style and after a talk with john where in he (once again) told me that if i need new stuff, to just get it and stop thinking about it so much (ie. stop denying myself because i *might* be pregnant 6 months from now), i am going to start switching my wardrobe over in stages to the awesome 40's/50's esque things that i love so much. (i'm convinced my affection for these things is in direct relation to watching ridiculous amounts of old musicals over the years, which is directly related to me taking dance lessons for ten years. my parents just had no idea the seeds they were planting, did they?)
naturally, you know that i settled upon these glasses:
but i've also purchased this skirt (on sale):
this dress (same designer. also on sale):
these shoes (for a STEAL!! talkin' over $100 off.):
and these sandals (also a great deal at 62% off):
cause how can you have retro clothes and not have some shoes of the same ilk? it just wouldn't do. i'll probably grab some plain white canvas keds type shoes at some point, but i can get those locally.

We got word yesterday that we'll be going back to good ol' Fort Bragg, NC! We report in May. I cannot begin to tell you how nice it is to finally know where we will be going and when. I'm also pretty pleased that we're going back to Bragg. We already know our way around and have friends there, well, I have friends there. I really wasn't looking forward to starting completely over somewhere when we'd only be there for a year and a half. By the time we felt settled we'd be leaving again.
