GREAT DAY
So today was pretty much an awesome day. I had to work and that sucked, as usual, its honestly not that bad though... easy as hell. I didn't have my first class this morning and I don't have it Friday either, which is great cause Friday classes suck. I was still kinda bummed from my bad day the other day, but when I came back from lunch today, there was a message from Stephanie saying that we could get an apartment together! I was sooooo happy. It pretty much made my day that I can now get an apartment... and with Steph. I'm super excited to go thrifting and buy some stuff for the apartment. I really think it'll work out great. Me and Stephanie like a lot of the same things so, I think it will work out best. Plus we won't have to deal with other roommates that might not be so easy to get along with or might not have the same tastes as us. Not to mention the obvious luxuries, like having my own room, privacy, not having 3 other roommates, and besides, I've never had an apartment and I think it'll be quite exciting! I'm hoping to maybe go to IKEA next time I visit my mom and get something to help with decorating :) (IKEA is a home decor type store, but it's super cheap and it's still good quality stuff... I love it.) I'll be going to my mom's for easter so...
Headed home for the weekend. I was planning on leaving tomorrow, but we have to go apartment shopping soon if we expect to get anything... as excited as I am, I'm fine with leaving Friday instead of tomorrow! I wouldn't even go home since I went home last weekend, but I have a dentist appointment on Friday. I had to reschedule and get in before I leave for 3 months for Cedar Point. Just a small filling, so it should be no big deal.
After my appointment on Friday I'm planning on going to my friends house in Burton (basically Flint) that I haven't seen in forever. She wants me to put some low-lights in her hair for her. Other than that, we'll probably just have dinner and hang out. That's completely fine with me though, cause I gotta STOP spending money! I mean, I have plenty enough, but I won't if I don't stop spending.
I have to shoot a roll of film this weekend and I need some people to be in my shots. So, while I'm home I'm gonna use Lacey and Monica and probably Parker (he likes to be in pictures) for my "models." I thought they'd have fun with that too.
I'm probably gonna get a cell phone soon, Thank God! I could really use one. I can never call anyone cause it's long distance to pretty much anyone I'd call. Plus with me being at Cedar Point this summer, I'll be wanting to talk to people at home. I'll be able to get on the internet, but not very often with as much as I'll be working.
By the way, Lost was great again tonight.... I wouldn't expect any less. I have to say, I'm beginning to get a little irrate about Invasion not being on after Lost anymore. It's too good! I hate not having my Wednesday line-up on anymore.
Anyway, the main reason I posted today was because of my excitement of being able to get an apartment... I was soooo stressed over where I was gonna live next year! And I can't even say how happyyyyyyyyy I am now!!! So... things are working out for me and I'm pretty damn excited about it all!
Well... happy apartment shopping to me :) And happy weekend to you all! I'm sure there will be a post on how it all goes. Might be after the weekend though.
