Long time no update
Well friends, I think that I finally have something worth updating about...I have found a new boo and I am so excited...his name is jeremy and he hails from New Orleans. He is one of the fortunate victims of Hurricane Katrina...We met at this dance that I had gone to with Ryan a minute back and I had sort of been thinking about him lately and the feeling must have been mutual because shortly after, he hit me up on facebook and we talked on there for a few days. Then I was like, y must we communicate like this??? So I gave him my number and told him to get at me whenever and he called me like 10 minutes later, and we ended up talking for about 2 hours...so then we set up a date and yesterday we went to the movies and out to eat and I swear that he is the perfect gentleman. i suppose it was that southern hospitality. I went to pick him up and he invited me in so I went and met his brother and mother. His brother said that I am pretty and should be the next Ms. Saint Louis or Ms. Missouri. I dont know about all of that, but hey, never turn down a compliment. The entire way to the theatre we talked about music and sung our favorite songs. That was a good sign b/c normally in those types of situations, I dont talk until we reach our destination...so, I suppose that conversing is not an issue for us. We got to the theatre and he bought the tickets and we saw Big Mommas House 2. he held my hand and i rested my head on his shoulder and he laid his head on my head. It was so beautiful. Then we went to outback steakhouse. It was so cute b/c he asked me where I wanted to eat and at first I said applebees and he was like "cool" but then I was like, have you ever been to outback and he was like "no". He said "u wanna go there, b/c I've never been there and if its outta the way its ok, we can go to applebees." We were at the esquire standing right under the outback sign. I pointed up and he looked and he started cracking up. I swear that was the cutest thing I'd ever seen. So we went in, ate, and after paying for everything, he asked if i wanted anything else. The bill was already 40 bucks and he was offering more...he is so wonderful and on top of that, he isnt bad to look at. The night ended perfectly with a little peck and a big hug. There wasnt any groping or anything. He was really respectable and i appreciated it. So hopefully u all will meet him at the dance, if i decide to come. I know i wanna watch the 40 year old virgin with him and hes supposed to be cooking for me...so that should be fun...i might not go to the dance...hell i dont know, i will figure it out...b/c i dont see the point in buying the ticket and leaving early...but then again, I really wanna spend some alone time with him...i will figure something out... :) Well, I will holler...
